Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior in college or technical school.
• Enrolled in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical projects and contribute to team objectives.
• Receive mentorship from experienced industry professionals.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports and records.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting technical data for engineering decisions.
• Attend planning meetings to understand project requirements, timelines and goals.
• Perform hands-on technical work to gain practical experience and skills.
• Collaborate with team members and apply learning to ongoing projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support best practices.
• Attend workshops to deepen understanding of the business and company culture.
