Job summary

SNC is offering a Specialty Engineering Intern summer internship in Dayton, focusing on hands-on engineering projects within the ISR, aviation and security domains. You will work with System Safety, Human Factors, Reliability, and Logistics engineers, gaining mentorship and cross-functional experience in a dynamic aerospace environment.

You will participate in real-world tasks, develop technical and professional skills, and contribute to planning, documentation, and data analysis while learning

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college program in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Sophomore, junior or senior with at least 6 months until graduation after internship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on actual technical projects and contribute to team goals.
• Receive mentorship from experienced engineers.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Analyze data to support engineering decisions.
