Job summary

Strativ Group is seeking a Systems Test Engineer in Albuquerque to develop and automate verification of aircraft flight subsystems. You will validate subsystem behavior across flight envelopes using robust automated tests.

Responsibilities include designing verification strategies, building test scripts and frameworks, and executing integration tests in lab, HIL/SIL and vehicle environments. Collaborate with Systems Engineering to ensure traceability and test coverage.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years in automated testing of aircraft subsystems.
• Experience designing automated test frameworks or scripts.
• Experience requirements-based verification and validation.
• Experience with hardware/software integration testing.
• Strong scripting with Python or MATLAB.

• Work closely with Systems Engineering to develop requirements-based verification strategies.

Required:

• BS/MS in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years developing or executing automated testing of aircraft flight subsystems.
• Experience developing automated test frameworks or test scripts.
• Experience with requirements-based verification and validation.
• Experience analysing subsystem performance and determining test coverage.
• Experience with hardware/software integration testing.
• Strong scripting experience using Python, MATLAB or similar.
