Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Electromagnetic Interference Advanced Engineering Support Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead technicians, provide technical leadership, and ensure EMI testing and engineering processes meet aerospace standards.

You will work with DO-160 and MIL-STD-461 requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive improvements across the team in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of EMI engineering experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Strong mechanical/electrical skills relevant to aerospace applications.
• Extensive hands-on experience with EMI test equipment and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineering technicians to ensure project success.
• Run environmental tests using spectrum analyzers and test equipment per DO-160 and MIL-STD-461.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the team.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results aligned with goals.
