Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Aerospace, Electrical, Software, Computer or related field required.
• 3+ years embedded software development experience; more is valued.
• Strong C programming and Linux experience; unit testing in aerospace or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded flight software for CO2, H2O, and gas sensors.
• Create thorough unit tests with UT-Assert and Gcov for C code.
• Perform C code reviews and collaborate to resolve unit test issues.
• Integrate and test software/hardware in avionics test beds and flight cert environments.
• Ensure adherence to JSC software process practices.
