Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year electronics testing or troubleshooting experience.
• Strong electrical and microelectronics background.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electromechanical testing on electronic components and assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and analyze failures on analog and digital circuitry to component level.
• Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, and other testing equipment.
• Set up and operate test equipment according to specifications and procedures.
• Review schematic drawings, shop travelers, and route cards to verify testing sequences.
• Troubleshoot customer-returned units and verify circuit functionality using schematics and prints.
• Document detailed failure descriptions and root-cause analysis findings for engineering and production teams.
• Maintain accurate testing records and controlled documentation.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support production schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
