Job summary

AvGen Aerospace is seeking an Electronics Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aerospace electronic components and systems. You will work with schematics, blueprints, and technical docs to support production, testing, and maintenance of avionics assemblies.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in electronics tech within regulated industries; experience with avionics, power supplies, and sensors is a plus. On-site role in Hialeah, FL with comprehensive benefits and OTA opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year electronics tech experience in aerospace/defense or regulated industry.
• Strong candidates with comparable electrical experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic equipment to identify root causes of failure.
• Test and inspect repaired systems to verify functionality and design specs.
• Prepare reports for management on failure trends and reliability improvements.
