H. T. PROF Group is hiring an Electrical Systems Technologist for defense and aviation electronics in the Greater Milwaukee area.

This 100% onsite role offers up to $70,000 base salary and full benefits, with extensive hands-on bench work and direct impact on ruggedized systems for elite military and aviation applications. Qualifications

• Hands-on bench electronics experience required.
• Associate’s Degree in Electronics Technology preferred (10+ years direct trades experience fully considered in lieu of degree)
• Ability to read and troubleshoot from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings

Responsibilities

• Execute high‑reliability precision soldering and assembly of multi‑layer PCBs to IPC quality benchmarks.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware deviations within electrical assemblies and wire harnesses.
• Collaborate with hardware design engineers to support board layouts, prototype builds, bench testing, and production startups.
• Assist with BOM development, component sourcing, and electrical equipment specification.
• Prepare technical documentation and design tracking drawings.
• Support quality assurance activities and test logging in aerospace requirements.
