Qualifications

• Hands-on bench electronics experience required.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 days per year for field testing or installations.

Responsibilities

• Execute high‑reliability precision soldering and PCB assembly to IPC benchmarks.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware deviations in assemblies and harnesses.
• Collaborate with hardware design engineers to support prototype builds and production startups.
• Assist with BOM development and electrical equipment specifications.
• Prepare design documentation and component calculations.
• Support AS9100D quality requirements and test logging.
