This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building hardware, solving complex technical problems, and seeing their work deployed in the field. If you’re looking for a role where innovation happens in-house, not just maintaining legacy systems, this is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology with exceptional autonomy.

What You’ll Do
  • Build, test, troubleshoot, and integrate advanced electronic systems for aviation and defense applications
  • Support PCB layout, hardware development, and prototype assembly activities
  • Conduct system-level testing, validation, and environmental qualification of electronic hardware
  • Diagnose component-level failures and implement corrective actions during development and deployment
  • Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Systems Engineers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Maintain technical documentation, test procedures, and engineering records
  • Support field deployments, system installation, troubleshooting, and customer training as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across product development, manufacturing, and testing
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred (equivalent experience will be considered)
  • Experience developing, building, or troubleshooting electronic systems
  • Knowledge of PCB layout, schematic interpretation, and electronic components
  • Experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and power supplies
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary engineering team
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally and support extended deployments when required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Aviation, aerospace, defense, or unmanned systems experience
  • Experience with avionics systems, embedded electronics, or RF communications
  • PCB design or PCB layout experience
  • Military, defense contractor, or government program experience
  • FAA, DoD, or aviation electronics knowledge
  • Active or previously held U.S. Security Clearance
Why This Opportunity
  • Work on cutting-edge aviation and defense technologies from concept through deployment
  • Opportunity to travel worldwide supporting real-world missions
  • 8,000+ square feet of dedicated engineering labs, maker space, and test facilities
  • Broad technical exposure across design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and field operations
  • Significant investment in employee training and continuing education
  • Collaborative engineering culture with exceptional technical freedom and autonomy
  • Company-paid employee medical insurance with extremely low-cost family coverage
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on technologies supporting national security and defense missions
