Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electronics Design Engineer in Cape Canaveral, FL to design PCBs/CCAs for spacecraft and aerospace applications. You will handle schematic capture, layout, and testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance hardware in demanding environments.

Experience with Altium Designer is essential; aerospace/defense background is highly beneficial. This is a contract-to-hire role onsite in Cape Canaveral.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on PCB/CCA design experience.
• Schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection proficiency.
• Familiarity with Altium Designer and high-reliability electronics in aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Design PCBs and CCAs for mission-critical systems.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Support new designs and improvements to existing hardware.
• Assist with component selection and electrical interfaces.
