Job summary

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a full-time onsite Assembler to support the production of advanced electronics for aerospace and defense at a Client Systems facility. The role involves assembling, disassembling, and modifying subassemblies per work plans, while ensuring quality through inspections.

You will collaborate in person with a team to address complex challenges, utilize MRP systems for data collection, and adapt to new technologies in a precision-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of work experience (or equivalent).
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
• Eligibility to become solder certified.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to a successful team.
• Passion for learning and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble production subassemblies following work instructions and drawings.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate onsite with colleagues to solve complex problems in aerospace and defense electronics.
• Utilize computer systems for MRP and data collection tasks.
• Adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
