Job summary

Infosoft Inc. is seeking an Electronic Assembler for its aerospace manufacturing client. Responsibilities include assembling electronic and mechanical subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables from diagrams and drawings, using hand and power tools, jigs, and saws.

The role requires working from complex drawings, performing continuity checks, and conducting quality inspections on the line. Familiarity with RF/CNI systems and ITAR/AS9100 regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related assembly experience.
• Soldering experience (J-Standard certification preferred), SMT packages, or wire harness construction.
• Ability to work from complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and/or work instructions.
• Experience working with microscopes for precision assembly.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
• Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
• May conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
