Job summary

Bridgeways is seeking an Electrical & Contract Assembly Technician II in Everett, WA. The role involves assembling electrical harnesses and sub-assemblies to aerospace standards, performing soldering and testing, and interpreting blueprints and work orders with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have hands-on electrical assembly experience, read technical docs, and be familiar with BarTender, Zebra Designer, and Spectrum Technologies.

Qualifications

• High accuracy in precision assembly per blueprints and specs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and work orders.
• Experience with hand soldering (through-hole and surface mount).
• Familiarity with wire marking, labeling software, and aerospace standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical harnesses, components, and sub-assemblies to aerospace standards.
• Perform wire marking, labeling, and component testing for quality control.
• Interpret wire lists and drawings to ensure correct labeling and documentation.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and assist in training peers.
