GE Aerospace in Loves Park, IL, is seeking a Skilled Assembler for the 1st shift (Tue-Fri, 4x10) onsite. Requires 1+ year aerospace assembly experience, ability to lift 25 lb, and skill reading blueprints and assembly instructions.

You will set up and operate equipment, record data, perform in-process verification, and support failure analysis from controlled documents. Solder certification is a plus; safety PPE is mandatory.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of aerospace or similar assembly experience.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and read/interpret assembly drawings and manuals in English.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate equipment per assembly prints and procedures.
• Record assembly data and perform in-process verification.
• Assist failure analysis input from drawings and change orders.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; report hazards.
• Work from complex product drawings, manuals and specifications.
