Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technical Operator in Tucson, AZ. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting at the component level, repairing and overhauling aviation electronics, and supporting engineering and production teams with diagnostic data.

You will read complex schematics, trace signals, and perform advanced soldering. Training on first shift with a 2nd shift differential soon after transfer is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant technical or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read complex electronic schematics and trace circuits.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot to component level on CCAs and assemblies.
• Trace circuit paths to identify faulty components.
• Repair and overhaul aviation electronics and electro-mechanical devices.
• Support production and engineering with data analysis and test stands.
• Train and mentor technicians; develop work instructions.
