Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler for our North Phoenix manufacturing team. You will assemble electrical and sheet metal sub-assemblies per drawings and customer specs, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has aerospace manufacturing experience with hands-on electrical assembly, soldering, and schematic reading. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical component assembly experience.
• Minimum 2 years of soldering experience.
• Minimum 1 year of mechanical assembly experience.
• Strong ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read and communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to customer specifications.
• Build electrical components and sheet metal sub-assemblies.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and mechanical schematics.
• Perform soldering during electrical assembly processes.
• Solder glass components into cases as required.
• Perform induction brazing when applicable.
• Use various hand tools, specialty tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Inspect completed assemblies for workmanship and quality.
• Follow production drawings, work instructions, and established procedures.
• Work independently or as part of a production cell.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.
