Job summary

Phoenix Defense is hiring 15 Electrical Harness Assemblers to join our aerospace/defense manufacturing team. The role involves wiring harness assembly with strict quality and process standards, supporting critical programs for prime initiatives.

You will work in a structured, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. The position offers on-site work in the Phoenix area, a training wage of $18/hr, and a schedule Monday through Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Basic computer experience (MS Office) and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to obtain IPC-620 and J-STD certifications.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate wire harnesses to standards.
• Understand and adhere to PLI Manufacturing and industry requirements.
• Communicate with Procurement and suppliers as needed.
• Meet internal production schedules and time goals.
• Maintain 6S compliant work area and participate in continuous improvement.
