Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Trade School with 2-5 years of technical experience in Aerospace/Defense/Manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOMs, part descriptions, and specifications.
• Experience assembling electrical and mechanical hardware assemblies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings and BOMs; identify part descriptions and workmanship requirements.
• Assemble kits using kitting instructions with accurate part reading and quantities.
• Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using shop tools.
• Record data, verify counts, and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Follow established processes and work with team and supervisor.
