Job summary

Reliable Robotics Corporation seeks an Electrical Test Engineer to join the Hardware Test engineering team. You will develop automated test equipment for functional, environmental, and manufacturing tests, analyze results, and drive improvements in a safety-critical aerospace environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in EE/CE or equivalent, 2+ years in hardware test, and proficiency in C/C++ and Python for test software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of full cycle electronics hardware test or development experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with programming/scripting languages (C, C++, Python) and ability to develop and maintain test software.
• Ability to methodically diagnose, document, and solve electronic hardware problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automated test equipment systems for functional, environmental qualification, and manufacturing acceptance tests.
• Analyze test results to identify failure modes, lead root cause investigations, and drive improvements back into designs.
• Author, execute, and audit test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful testing campaigns.
• Drive continuous improvement to test system infrastructure, processes, and practices.
