The role requires strong leadership, experience with Allen-Bradley/Siemens PLCs and Fanuc CNC, and a track record of mentoring technical staff in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of industrial electrical experience, aerospace/heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Master or Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture across electrical maintenance tasks and workflows.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on 480V delta systems, MCCs, switchgear, PLC automation, CNC equipment, forge systems, HVAC and furnace control systems.
• Document maintenance actions and equipment changes; drive continuous improvement via Kaizen.
