Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with aerospace manufacturing experience.
• At least 5 years of aerospace manufacturing experience in electrical/mechanical assembly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation on training records is completed and signed.
• Collaborate with design/manufacturing engineers to develop build strategy and identify issues.
• Operate and understand tools for assembly, integration, and testing and read manufacturing docs.
• Monitor inventory and supplies usage.
• Communicate process and quality procedures to team members.
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality to address productivity/quality issues.
• Assist in developing bills of material and labor cost estimates.
