Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Electrical Engineer I in Saint Petersburg, FL to contribute to design, development, testing, and integration of electronic systems for defense and aerospace applications. You will work with experienced engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality products meeting mission requirements.

You will assist in circuit design, hardware prototyping, and validation, perform testing and debugging, and help maintain technical documentation and design records.

Qualifications

• : Associate degree in electrical engineering required.
• : Experience with electronics testing, troubleshooting, or hardware development beneficial.
• : U.S. Citizen due to defense contract requirements.
• : Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• : Assist in design and development of electronic circuits and systems for aerospace/defense products.
• : Support hardware development, prototyping, and validation activities.
• : Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of hardware and boards.
• : Perform engineering calculations and simulations to verify performance.
• : Prepare design specifications, test procedures, and reports.
• : Aid integration of electrical systems into larger platforms.
