Job summary

Executive Alliance is seeking an Electrical Engineer to research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, and systems for aerospace programs. The role emphasizes rigorous compliance, documentation, and supplier collaboration to ensure safety and performance.

The engineer will lead ECN processes, coordinate with manufacturing, and support field installations while upholding quality and regulatory standards. A BS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience designing electrical systems for aerospace and defense is preferred.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-461/704 and DO-160 standards and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical equipment, components, and systems for aerospace and defense programs.
• Prepare schematics, BOMs, PCB layouts, wiring harnesses, and drawings for new and legacy builds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet form, fit, function, and safety requirements.
