Job summary

Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch in Anaheim, CA is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician for a union position. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour under the union contract, with on-site shifts from Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm.

The role focuses on assembling electrical aerospace products to blueprint specifications while ensuring quality and safety standards. Candidates should have a HS diploma and at least 1 year in aerospace or automotive work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year aerospace or automotive industry experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and FAA-regulated drug test.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials as part of assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical aerospace products per blueprint specifications.
• Use hand tools and equipment to perform tasks with precision.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects.
• Follow EHS protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and collaborate with team.
• Perform additional duties to meet production goals.
