Job summary

Stoke Space is seeking an EHS Specialist at the Moses Lake Test Site to lead safety programs and steward a proactive safety culture. You will partner with engineering and operations to embed safe practices into daily work, manage incidents, and deliver training that aligns with regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in high-cadence environments, OSHA/compliance expertise, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a related role supporting high-performance operations, preferably aerospace.
• Associate's degree or equivalent industry certifications.
• Proven experience standing up and running EHS programs (OSHA, fall protection, lockout/tagout, confined space, hot work, hazmat, waste streams).
• Experience with common EHS field tools and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management, autonomy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and procedures.
• Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions.
• Provide EHS training and education to employees.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards at the Moses Lake Test Site.
• Maintain records and act as liaison for regulatory compliance.
