Job summary

Central Georgia Technical College is seeking an Adjunct - Continuing Education Instructor for Aerospace to deliver non-credit classroom instruction, evaluate student progress, and maintain program certification. The role may require travel within the college’s service area and other duties as assigned.

The position offers up to 29 hours per week with compensation ranging from $35.00 to $50.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Earned Associate degree and 3 years in a business environment; substitution may be allowed year-for-year.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance or related aerospace fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials for non-credit aerospace courses.
• Develop program and course outlines, goals, and objectives relevant to continuing education.
• Evaluate students’ progress and performance toward learning goals and objectives.
• Maintain required documentation and records, and monitor program certification requirements.
