Job summary

ACE Thermal Systems in Seminole, OK is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team. You will assemble aircraft environmental control motors, blowers, evaporators, condensers, and wiring assemblies, following drawings and procedures.

In this role you will read schematics, verify BOMs, and trap defects early. You’ll operate tools such as die cut machines, drill presses, lathes, mills, and sanders while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; A&P certification preferred.
• Experience assembling parts in repair/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read schematics, prints, drawings for part assembly.
• Ability to safely operate workshop equipment (die cut, drill press, lathe, mill, sanders).

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft environmental control motors, blowers, evaporators, condensers, and wiring assemblies per drawings.
• Verify work orders, track clocked time accurately.
• Inspect materials and report issues to leadership.
• Read drawings/EPS/PPP documents and ensure correct BOMs.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and perform rework as needed.
• Perform tests per procedures and record results.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and safety compliance.
