Job summary

ACET, Incorporated is seeking an experienced Aerospace Contract Operations Manager to lead the H-1 Depot-Level Modification program at Camp Pendleton. You will oversee operations, contract compliance, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-site coordination in a high-tempo USMC aviation environment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with leadership across site managers, QA, logistics, and engineering. Responsibilities include performance reporting and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of aerospace or military aviation leadership in maintenance/modification.
• Proven experience managing large aerospace contract operations and depot-level programs.
• Deep understanding of NAVAIR 4790.2, AS9100/AS9110 quality standards.
• Ability to lead diverse technical teams in a high-tempo environment.
• Strong contract performance management skills and customer-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for H-1 Depot-Level Modification lines.
• Ensure compliance with prime contract, PWS/SOW, and standards like AS9100/AS9110.
• Oversee production schedules, labor, and throughput to meet delivery timelines.
• Manage baselines, budgets, burn rates, and forecasting.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reporting for PMA and IPTs.
