Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated seeks an Aerospace Contract Operations Manager to lead and oversee H-1 depot-level modification and O-Level maintenance programs at MCAS Camp Pendleton. You will drive operational performance, workforce leadership, and contract compliance in a high-tempo USMC aviation environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of aerospace or military aviation maintenance/modification leadership experience (H-1 platform preferred).
• Proven experience leading large aerospace contract operations and depot-level or O-Level programs.
• Deep understanding of military aviation maintenance practices and AS9100/AS9110 quality standards.
• Strong ability to lead diverse technical teams in a high-tempo environment.
• Excellent communication, briefing, and customer-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for H-1 depot-level modification lines and O-Level maintenance support functions.
• Ensure compliance with prime contract, PWS/SOW, CDRLs, QAPP, QCP, AS9100/AS9110 and NAVAIR 4790.2.
• Oversee production schedules, labor utilization, workflow sequencing, and throughput optimization.
• Manage program baselines, budgets, burn rates, and forecasting.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reporting for PMA and IPT meetings.
