Job summary

Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY seeks a Demand Planning Manager to lead the unconstrained rolling demand plan across OE, aftermarket, and MRO. This role drives forecast accuracy and aligns customer signals with business assumptions within the IBP framework.

You will collaborate with Program Management, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to develop and validate demand assumptions, monitor forecast performance, and influence planning decisions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in supply chain, demand planning, or IBP/S&OP.
• Experience developing and managing demand forecasts using statistical and assumption-based methods.
• Strong knowledge of IBP, S&OP, forecasting, inventory, and supply planning processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Kinaxis Maestro or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel and reporting; Power BI and data analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a single unconstrained rolling demand plan across OE, aftermarket, and MRO product lines.
• Lead the monthly Demand Review within the IBP framework with cross-functional teams.
• Develop forecasting models using demand signals, history, and market intelligence.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; implement corrective actions.
• Provide demand projections and risk assessments to support supply and financial planning.
