Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas seeks a Delivery Assurance Specialist to serve as the essential link between Prime Aerospace customers and supplier networks, tracking, expediting, and reporting real-time part delivery status.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years manufacturing experience, strong root-cause analysis, and excellent interpersonal skills to build durable relationships. This contract role is based in the Baltimore, MD area with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience (5–10 years) in machine shop/sheet metal preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in supply chain management, production control, procurement, business, quality assurance or related field.
• Experience on process improvement teams or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel basics).
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Track flow of critical parts through supplier manufacturing shops until delivery to customer.
• Proactively monitor parts to support on-time deliveries to aerospace customers.
• Identify risks, perform root cause analysis and develop recovery plans to align shipments with customer requirements.
• Create daily status reports and communicate actions to stakeholders.
• Monitor production operations and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and lead meetings.
