Job summary

OEM Logistics, LLC is seeking a Supplier Specialist to join our aerospace-focused supply chain team. The role is full-time with frequent local travel and regional travel opportunities.

You will develop partnerships with suppliers, manage open-order reports, analyze delivery performance, drive corrective actions, and coordinate cross-functional communication to prevent delays. US citizenship required; college degree preferred; 5–10 years manufacturing experience helpful.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required and pre-employment checks completed.
• College degree preferred; additional experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum five to ten years of manufacturing experience (aerospace/defense/shipping).
• Valid driver’s license and successful motor vehicle history check.

Responsibilities

• Develop supplier partnerships and meet customer requirements.
• Manage Open Order Report with suppliers to minimize risk.
• Track delivery performance trends and drive root-cause actions.
• Close corrective actions in a timely, effective manner.
• Collaborate with sub-tiers to improve production commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to prevent delays.
• Provide frequent written updates on critical parts and delivery.
• Periodic local travel is required.
• Other duties as assigned.
