Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in deburring, assembly, polishing or related manufacturing work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Experience using hand, electric, and pneumatic tools.

Responsibilities

• Deburr, polish, and hand-finish aerospace components to blueprint and specification requirements.
• Operate hand, electric, and pneumatic tools including grinders and orbital sanders.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Inspect precision parts for quality, finish, and workmanship.
• Perform touch-up and rework as needed.
• Complete production paperwork and enter data accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work closely with team members to meet production and quality goals.
