Job summary

Aerotek in Covington, KY is seeking a Deburr Operator to perform manual and mechanical deburring on aerospace components. You will inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure dimensional and visual conformance to drawings and GD&T.

The role requires 1-3 years of quality experience, familiarity with AS9100, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This is a fully onsite contract position with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and mechanical deburring on aerospace components.
• Inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring tools.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, and GD&T.
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming conditions per AS9100.
• Follow safety and quality standards and support continuous improvement.
