Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Ability to read inspection tools such as gauges and micrometers.
• Must be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Use work instructions or blueprint for each part.
• Select necessary tools such as handheld grinder, abrasive tools, gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Remove burrs and smooth surfaces to specifications.
• Hold a tolerance of +/- 0.0001".
• Use quality gauges and micrometers to ensure quality and tolerance requirements are met.
• Document accurately and per protocols (AS9100 and NADCAP).
• Wear PPE and follow safety guidelines.
