Qualifications

• Aerospace/manufacturing/technical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Review and process customer RFQs, including drawings, specifications, quality requirements, terms, pricing, and costs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Sales for pricing, information, approvals, and lead times.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations and maintain pricing and quote activity within the ERP system.
• Review purchase orders against quotations, resolve discrepancies, enter sales orders, and issue order acknowledgements.
• Monitor orders through fulfillment and communicate schedule changes, delivery risks, and potential delays.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, invoices, products, and service needs.
• Own customer issues through resolution, including technical concerns, product damage, missing parts, warranty requests, documentation issues, and process improvement.
