Qualifications

• JD from a nationally accredited law school and admission to the U.S. bar.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a corporate legal department or private practice with transactional and federal contracting responsibility.
• Experience in commercial strategy and federal contracts drafting with risk-based business counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and solution-oriented legal counsel for Pall's Aerospace business and North America operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and federal contracting agreements (sales, supply, services, distribution, maintenance, development, technology license, manufacturing, procurement).
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure, draft, and negotiate contracting agreements and translate technical requirements into contractual language.
• Develop and improve legal processes, templates, training materials, and other tools to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
