Job summary

Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services is seeking a Contract Specialist to draft, negotiate, and manage contracts supporting aircraft maintenance, component repair, and parts sales. You will coordinate with Sales, product lines, leadership, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with company policies.

The role emphasizes fast-paced, deadline-driven work with attention to legal, financial, and business standards across internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience with contract work in aerospace/aviation preferred.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts end-to-end.
• Ability to interact with Sales, leadership, and legal teams under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Establish internal review and approval processes for contracts.
• Ensure timely document completion and accurate records.
• Serve as liaison during contract negotiations to support business outcomes.
