Evolving Solution Services in Everett, Washington, is seeking a Customer-Facing Contracts Manager to act as the primary liaison between our aerospace manufacturing operations and customers. This on-site role is vital for managing contractual obligations and ensuring alignment between customer expectations and manufacturing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in contracts and program management within manufacturing or aerospace. A strong focus on compliance and quality, as well as excellent communication skills, are essential.

This competitive position offers a salary range of $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually, along with a benefits package including health insurance and 401K.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contracts, program management, or commercial roles within manufacturing or aerospace.
• Experience working directly with customers in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, pricing structures, and supply agreements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on all contractual and commercial matters.
• Lead contract review, negotiation, and administration for production programs.
• Partner closely with plant leadership, production planning, and supply chain to ensure contractual commitments are met.
