Job summary

Alinabal in Milford, CT, is seeking a Contract Review Engineer to support the technical, quality, manufacturing, and commercial review of contracts, purchase orders, statements of work, specifications, drawings, and related requirements in aerospace and automotive industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical/Aerospace engineering preferred.
Experience applying engineering principles in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
Ability to read engineering drawings, specs, and customer requirements.
Knowledge of quality requirements and impact on manufacturing and business.

Responsibilities

Review contracts, purchase orders, SOWs, specs, drawings and related docs.
Evaluate customer requirements from engineering, quality, and manufacturing perspectives.
Identify risks and ambiguities in customer documentation.
Ensure requirements are understood before commitments are made.
Assess manufacturability and profitability implications of requirements.
