HX5, LLC seeks a Configuration Management Specialist for NASA Glenn Research Center in Brook Park, Ohio. You will maintain SNP-TM project data repositories, control document versions, and coordinate changes across engineering, manufacturing, and project teams.

The role requires CM certification, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on site with government background checks. Responsibilities include supporting design reviews and archiving with SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with 5–10 years CM experience.
• High school diploma with 15 years CM experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SNP-TM project document repository and access controls.
• Coordinator for SNP-TM MCWG activities.
• Control revision/versioning of project data, specs, software and docs.
• Coordinate publication and collaboration of documentation and changes.
• Organize data for easy access for reviews and decision making.
• Support design and readiness reviews with relevant data repositories.
• Ensure version control and archiving in the designated systems (SharePoint).
• Create project repositories and libraries for configuration items.
• Provide data retention and storage for the project.
• Coordinate meetings and archive meeting minutes.
