PAC Group in North Kingstown, RI is seeking a hands-on Composite Technician to fabricate, assemble, and test advanced composite structures for next‑generation electrified products. The role supports prototype development, design validation, and production readiness in a fast‑paced environment where quality and safety matter.

You will work with prepreg, wet layup, vacuum bagging, and infusion while reading complex drawings and complying with process specifications.

Competenze

• 5+ years in composite structures manufacturing in high-performance industries.
• Experience with prepregs, wet layup, vacuum bagging, infusion or curing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish composite components using prepreg, wet layup, vacuum bagging, and infusion.
• Operate and maintain composite manufacturing equipment including ovens and autoclaves.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Maintain cleanroom/shop standards and follow safety protocols.
• Support development, prototype, and production builds.
• Identify defects and perform composite repairs as required.
