Qualifications

HS Degree or equivalent required.
Composite experience preferred.
Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

Construct wet layups and/or pre-pregs using carbon fiber, fiberglass, and Kevlar.
Operate ovens and related bonding processes per material specs.
Prepare molds and forms for production and development parts.
Perform part-fitting: filing, sawing, burr, crimping, trimming, riveting, drilling, reaming.
Bond materials to parts and assemblies; install fasteners and hardware as required.
Measure parts with micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
Follow procedures and engineering directives for quality compliance.
Handle multiple manufacturing tasks in development and production environments.
Set up and operate machines to cut, shape, and sand parts; build full-scale models.
