Qualifikationen

• HS Degree or equivalent required.
• Composite experience preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Aufgaben

• Construct wet layups and/or pre-pregs using carbon fiber, fiberglass, and Kevlar.
• Operate ovens and related bonding processes per material specs.
• Prepare molds and forms for production and development parts.
• Perform part-fitting: filing, sawing, burr, crimping, trimming, riveting, drilling, reaming.
• Bond materials to parts and assemblies; install fasteners and hardware as required.
• Measure parts with micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
• Follow procedures and engineering directives for quality compliance.
• Handle multiple manufacturing tasks in development and production environments.
• Set up and operate machines to cut, shape, and sand parts; build full-scale models.
