Qualifications

• Read blueprints and drawings to verify layup requirements.
• Understand composites, resin systems and adhesive use.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail for precision parts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds and tools; perform composite layup to drawing and spec.
• Carry out secondary bonding with epoxies and resins; set up vacuum bagging.
• Execute precision trimming and cutting to meet development/engineering requirements.
• Drill and finish holes with hand drills and related tools to engineering drawings.
• Use jigs, fixtures, and molds to ensure accurate, repeatable assemblies.
• Handle composite materials, resins, and adhesives safely; keep the work area clean.
• Perform quality inspections and tests; document and escalate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality to improve processes and outcomes.
