This intermediate-level role demands over 2 years of composite manufacturing experience, proficiency with pneumatic tools, and the ability to read composite layup drawings. Qualifications

• 2+ years of composite manufacturing experience.
• Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently execute composite builds.

Responsibilities

• Cut and kit composite materials to tight tolerances.
• Perform bonding operations including surface prep and adhesive application.
• Execute hand lamination of carbon, fiberglass, and Kevlar.
