The role involves fabrication of components and assemblies for unmanned aerospace applications, using carbon fiber layups, vacuum bagging, trimming, painting, bonding, and electro-mechanical assembly in a fast-paced production and R&D setting.

Qualifications

Requires HS diploma or equivalent with 4+ yrs relevant experience, or 2 yrs post-secondary with 0-2 yrs exp.
Experience in fabricating components and assemblies for aerospace products.
Familiarity with lean practices and ESD/FOD controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

Fabricate components and assemblies for unmanned aerospace applications.
Construct carbon fiber, fiberglass, and Kevlar layups using molds and vacuum bagging.
Perform part-fitting operations and precision assembly tasks.
Ensure quality with measurement tools and adhere to safety standards.
