Qualifications

• Education: Secondary Diploma or equivalent; relevant education/experience acceptable.
• Experience: 0-2 years in similar assembly roles.
• Skills: ability to use basic shop tools and read instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic shop tools such as sanders, grinders and drill motors.
• Verify dimensions with calipers, scale and micrometers.
• Document materials used to maintain traceability.
• Perform accurate work at a fast pace.
• Sandblast parts with minimal scrap and errors.
• Follow LEAN manufacturing principles and safety policies.
• Wear PPE when handling chemicals.
