Job summary

Advanced Ceramic Coatings, LLC is seeking an APS Operator for its Duncan, SC facility. The role involves operating automated Thermal Spray, Slurry, Chamfer, Laser and Ultrasonic equipment, plus prep-work such as sanding, gritting, and masking parts, and entering data into electronic logs.

This is a full-time, first-shift position, Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates must meet high school education requirements and follow safety, quality, and aerospace standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow aerospace standards.
• Strong data entry and measurement accuracy.
• Proactive and safety-aware.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated coating booths and related equipment.
• Record measurements using calibrated instruments.
• Maintain process parameters and perform standard maintenance.
• Prepare and mask parts; sand and grit as needed.
• Enter data into electronic logs using Excel/Word.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and overhead conveyors.
• Adhere to safety and quality systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
