Job summary

Chromalloy in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to support the processing and repair of critical aerospace components used across the aviation industry. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will operate coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast, blenders, masking stations, and brazing equipment, and you will prepare and process materials according to work instructions.

A 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 p.m.

Qualifications

Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking stations, and brazing equipment.
Prepare, mix, and process materials according to work instructions and process specifications.
Load and unload parts and materials throughout the production process.
Monitor production processes and inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Follow established manufacturing procedures, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support teams to ensure efficient workflow and production output.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with additional production activities as needed.
